About Me
As a passionate and experienced academic with over 15 years of teaching experience, I am committed to nurturing the intellectual and cultural development of students through literature and performing arts. My journey from student to Assistant Professor reflects a consistent pursuit of knowledge and leadership in Punjabi language education and cultural heritage. With a Ph.D. in Punjabi Folk Dance and multiple leadership roles, I aim to empower learners while contributing meaningfully to academic institutions. Currently, as Chief Data Officer at AutiLab, I oversee the organization and governance of data systems, supporting data governance policies and promoting ethical standards in collaboration with technical and legal teams to strengthen the platform’s mission in autism support and innovation. Building on my academic background, I collaborate with teams and partners to transform data into practical insights that drive growth, research, and community impact.
